Hello! I'm so glad you're here. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 8 years of experience supporting couples, teens, and adults. I believe that every human has the strength inside of them to meet their needs, but sometimes we need a bit of help in finding it. I'm here to help.

Services.

In person and virtual sessions available.

Individual

Individual therapy sessions are designed to address your specific concerns and help you navigate life's challenges. Through a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, humor, and empowerment, I aim to empower you to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life.

Couples

Couples therapy focuses on enhancing communication, building trust, and strengthening relationships. I provide a neutral and supportive environment for couples to address conflicts, improve intimacy, and foster a deeper connection and understanding of one another.  Experience with monogamy, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, kink and sex positive.

Teens

Being a teenager can be hard! Therapy for teens aims to provide a supportive and understanding environment to help navigate the challenges of adolescence, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies and communication skills to develop and strengthen their relationships and support systems.

Therapeutic Approach.

I am a direct communicator with a sense of humor and believe that the stories we tell ourselves matter. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and believe in exploring your thoughts to help manage or improve your feelings. My goal is to help my clients become proactive in their lives and build the confidence and skills needed to get their needs met.

I have experience in parent coaching, helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, life transitions, sexuality, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

Our relationship is built on honesty. I have a knack for tough conversations and value direct communication. There isn't anything that you can say to me that will shock, scare, or overwhelm me. You're not the only person that feels the way you do, and saying things out loud is the best way to challenge thoughts that might be difficult to carry on your own.

I cannot wait to meet you! The first step would be to complete the contact form below and schedule a free consultation phone call or video meeting to introduce ourselves and help determine if we might be a good fit. I offer in person sessions in San Diego's Clairemont neighborhood and virtual sessions for clients throughout California. Click the contact button below to get started!
